Dr. Md. Ahsanul Kabir (Limon)

Dr Md Ahsanul Kabir is a medicine specialist. Most people just call him Dr Limon. He has an MBBS from Dhaka. Plus BCS Health, FCPS, and an MRCP from the UK. That is a lot of exams to pass. Probably spent years just reading thick medical books. Since he is a medicine doctor, he sees pretty much everything. The waiting room is always packed with people coughing or holding their stomachs. He sits at his desk. Stethoscope around his neck. Usually just a standard Littmann. He listens to their chest. Asks them to take a deep breath. Checks their eyes for jaundice. Pulls down the lower eyelid with his thumb. Just regular check ups. Nothing too dramatic.

Patients come in with all sorts of complaints. Viral fever. High blood sugar. Gastric pain. Happens a lot. They bring old prescriptions from village doctors. He looks at them. Sort of shakes his head sometimes. Tells them to stop taking so many random antibiotics. He presses on their stomach to see if it hurts. Asks what they ate last night. Writes down some basic tests. Maybe a CBC or a dengue test if the fever is high. Handwriting is quick. Just scribbles the names of some gastric pills and paracetamol. Tells them to drink plenty of water. Rest for a few days. Hands the paper to the patient. The assistant calls the next serial number. He just grabs his stethoscope again.
