He just tells them to stop taking half of them. Too many pills. Just keep the blood pressure one and the diabetes one. He speaks quietly. No big lectures about diet. Just tells them to walk thirty minutes a day. The printer on his desk spits out the new prescription. He signs it with a regular pen. Tells them to pay at the billing counter outside. He just clicks save on the screen.
