DR. MD SHAHIMUR PERVEZ

Dr. Md. Shahimur Parvez is a physician in cardiology with MBBS, Diploma in Cardiology and FCPS in Medicine. He completed his MBBS from Dhaka Medical College in 2004, followed by a Diploma in Cardiology from BSMMU in 2009. He later obtained FCPS in Medicine from the Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons in 2019.

His professional career includes several roles in cardiology. He worked as an Assistant Professor of Cardiology at Enam Medical College, Savar, from 2017 to 2022, after earlier serving as a Junior Consultant in the same field. He has also worked at United Hospital Ltd and KPJ Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Mujib Memorial Hospital. From April 2022 to July 2025, he served as a Consultant in Cardiology at BRB Hospitals Ltd, Dhaka.

Dr. Shahimur Parvez has experience with a range of cardiac diagnostic procedures. His listed skills include 2D and M-mode echocardiography, color Doppler, congenital and pediatric echo, fetal echo, contrast echo, trans-esophageal echo and dobutamine stress echo. He also performs and interprets ETT and Holter monitoring, along with carotid and upper and lower limb vascular duplex studies.
