The glass gets a bit foggy during the monsoon season in Chittagong. She is an associate professor of medicine. People probably come to her when the local pharmacy pills stop working. She sits at her desk looking at thick files. Lots of old blood test reports. She just reads the numbers. Asks them what they ate for dinner. Usually just rice and fish curry. She tells them to cut down on the salt. Pretty standard advice.
