PROF. (DR.) BRIG. GEN. MAHBUBA SULTANA (LPR)

Prof. (Dr.) Brig. Gen. Mahbuba Sultana (Retd) is a Senior Consultant in Paediatric & Neonatology. Her medical career spans more than three decades, with extensive service in paediatrics and related fields. She holds MBBS, FCPS and DCH qualifications. Her profile also identifies her as a paediatric pulmonologist, with subspecialty training focused on respiratory problems in children.

She served in the Bangladesh Army Medical Corps in several medical and administrative positions. One of her notable roles was Principal of Army Medical College Jashore, where she was involved in medical education and institutional leadership. She also served as Adviser and Head of the Department of Paediatrics at Combined Military Hospital (CMH), Dhaka.
